Зміни міграційної політики Європейського Союзу (2015–2020): аналіз деяких наслідків

У статі аналізуються особливості проведення міграційної політики наднаціональними інституціями ЄС в період нещодавньої міграційної кризи, з якою зіштовхнувся Євросоюз через різке збільшення потоків біженців. У наш час дедалі більше дослідників та експертів вказують на те, що наднаціональні інституції ЄС часто не в змозі проводити адекватну кризовим реаліям часу міграційну політику, тим більше дотримуючись при цьому фундаментальних і системоутворюючих принципів євроінтеграції, передусім таких як солідарність і справедливий розподіл навантаження. Невдачі на цьому шляху створюють ризик часткової або навіть повної дискредитації тих базових засад, які були закладені в самій основі ЄС, такі як гостинність та повага до прав людини або вже згадана солідарність. Існуючі тенденції свідчать про те, що розходження між політичними стратегіями, прийнятими на загальносоюзному рівні, і практикою, особливо на національному рівні тільки поглибилися, що у свою чергу спонукало низку держав – членів ЄС повернутися до практичних дій в дусі класичного політичного реалізму. У статті демонструється як на декількох напрямках міграційної політики ЄС деякі держави – члени зробили вибір на користь прагматичної реалізації своїх інтересів, символічно пожертвувавши дотриманням загальноєвропейських принципів.
